  • Do you provide customized production services?

    Yes, we do provide customized production services, and we can make products of different LOGO, sizes, shapes, materials and custom designs according to customer requirements.

  • How to place an order?

    You can place an order through our official website, email or contact our sales representative directly. We will provide you with customized detailed order process, quotation and production plan according to your needs.

  • What are your payment methods?

    Generally T/T, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. The specific payment method can be negotiated according to the terms of the contract.

  • Can the order content be modified?

    After the order is confirmed, if the content needs to be modified, please inform us as soon as possible. Modifying the order content may affect the delivery time and price, and we will negotiate with you according to the modification.

  • Do you support regular orders and long-term cooperation agreements?

    Yes, we can provide long-term cooperation plans and regular order services according to customer needs to help customers obtain a more stable supply chain and preferential prices.

  • What should I do if my order is delayed?

    If the order is delayed, we will notify the customer in time and provide a new delivery time. We will also try our best to ensure that the production process goes smoothly to avoid unnecessary delays.

  • Can you provide logistics support?

    We can provide logistics solutions according to customer needs, including sea, air and land transportation. If you have a designated logistics company, we can also work with them for shipment.

  • How to ensure timely delivery of orders?

    Our order management system and production plan ensure that each order is completed according to the agreed time and arrange logistics shipment in advance. In addition, our account manager will track the progress of the order throughout the process to ensure timely delivery.

  • What if there is a problem with the order received (quantity, quality, etc.)?

    If you find that there is a problem with the order, please contact our customer service or after-sales service team as soon as possible after receiving the goods. We will deal with it according to the problem, including return, exchange or reissue.
